This is THE WORST places I have been to in a long time! I took an expensive sweater in to be dry cleaned (a $200 from Banana Republic) and I was told it would be done in 3 business days. 10 business days later I went in to get it and they said it was not there yet. I was then told they would get it in that afternoon. I drove all the way there to find out my sweater is not there and to be given the phone number of the “factory” place where they were taking care of it. 5 days later I called again in the morning, thinking they had my sweater by then and Ruth, the employee slammed the phone in my face when I got upset because nobody seemed to know where my sweater was. I called the factory again, was told they would look for it and call me back, yet I got no call. Not only have they slammed the phone in my face twice, but when I got there upset she called me “stupid” and told me how it was NOT their responsibility what happens to my sweater…even though I had PREPAID and gave THEM the item!!! Then she called as “back up” the guy next door from Angela’s Alterations (who took 2 weeks to alter my friend’s pair of jeans!!!!) and they both laughed in my face when I told them it was an expensive sweater. I still don’t know when I will get my favorite sweater back, if ever!
