I went in for a trim, one stylist was available while the other was under the hair dryer. I specified what I wanted; simple trim to just above the brow line, brushing the top of the ears, and the length in back we would discuss. When She found out I wasn't going to let her color my hair as I do it myself, the stylist shut down. She stopped talking to me and took out the texturizing shears and proceeded to butcher my hair. My smooth cut is now way to short and uneven across the brows, too long over the ears, and all over uneven, shaggy, and scraggly. Not to mention she dropped so much of my hair bits in my face I couldn't breathe & she never blew or brushed off my face.\r
I cannot believe I paid her, I just wanted to go home and cry.
Cons: You name it, she did it.
