When my husband and I ate there for the 1st time it was super busy and the staff was actually very nice to us and made sure our drinks were full and that we had everything, which was nice I thought considering they were busy. The food was great had no problem and I thought he prices were also excellent considering your getting steak. So my overall experience my 1st time was great.\r

When we went there for our second time it was okay. I had loaded mashed potatoes and their terriyaki steak (which I absolutely love) well I notice these brown chunks in my potatoes and had my steak cut up and was ready to eat and did have some, but when the waiter came to check on us I asked her about the brown chunks in my potatoes (I've had them before there and never saw that) and she took my fricken plate to her manager and the manager came back with my plate and I noticed that my steak was moved around and he said that they have noticed that they have gotten some bad potatoes and so on. Which is fine I don't care, but the fact the waitress TOOK my plate and that my food was moved around and don't know how it was moved around really ticked me off. I didn't finish my food and left hungry. I wish I would of said something to the manager about how stupid that was of his waitress to take my plate and him thinking it was okay. How hard was it to go get him and bring him to my table??? We haven't eaten there since, but now i'm pregnant again I'm craving their steak, lol. So we'll see if we will. If we do I'll make sure they don't take my plate next time if I have any issues.
Pros: Good Food and Good Service
Cons: Some of the waitresses are kinda dumb!
