The cleaning man made a positive first impression by calling ahead to give a more specific arrival time within the agreed up ""window."" But then... before beginning his work, he talked me into a more expensive treatment to ""disinfect"" my sofa (which has a pull-out bed). Then I had to leave for an appointment before he finished the job, and he insisted that I pay before leaving. When I returned, I was very disappointed to see the end result of his work. 1) There was lots of dog hair still on my sofa. 2) He left a scrub brush smashed inside the bed part. 3) He folded up the pull-out bed while it was still very wet! Ick.
So...I wouldn't recommend this company if you want pet hair cleaned off of your sofa or carpet OR if you have a pull-out bed. If you just want a piece of furniture or your rug freshened up a bit, they will probably be able to do a decent job. Don't make the same mistakes I did... Do not let them talk you into a more expensive treatment because it's probably not worth it. Also, do not pay before you see the end result. I will not use this service again.
