Our son was sent there to be cremated he passed away as an infant; NO ONE EVER CALLED US. Six weeks later and we still do not have the ashes. I called to see what had happened and they said everything has been done for a while................but NO ONE CALLS TO NOTIFY YOU when the cremation is complete!!!!!!!!!!
Cons: they don't call us, very disorganized
