Tom's repair man Allen came and looked over the leak problem that we have had for 5 years now. I should mention we have had many others out to work on it to no result. He found the problem in just a few minutes, gave us the bid that we accepted. He came back the next day and did the work in about 4 hours. Since then we have had some really heavy rains that would have us drying out buckets but the leak is gone! It is fixed and we are thrilled. We looked over the work that was done and from my untrained eye it is really clean. The previous repairs were black goop spread all over the roof. This was all clean and looks good again.
