Two New units purchased within two years.Had issues with both that service were less than efficient in solving.
Made numerous trips to resolve problems and lost weeks of vacation time and use of units.
Finally had to be a ""jerk"" to get results.
Questioning any further purchases..........too bad!
Pros: Good Selection and Sales Staff
Cons: Service less than good.
