I've used G O Keller twice to clean my 5 x 8 wool rug and two wool runners. Both times everyone--from the service rep on the phone to the driver who picked up and returned the rugs--was courteous and efficient. The longtime staff is loyal and pleasant, and considering the extremely embarassing condition the rugs were in thanks to two pets and living in the woods, I thought the price was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Pros: Courteous staff, spotless rugs!
