yes, we are living in a small town and tip top customer service is'nt always available. I dont see what the big deal is with this place, they hav'nt done anything wrong for me. should an erroueous fee pop up I am sure it would be resolved. play by the rules, banks have rules. learn them and play by the rules, then you wont get burned. so far I have 2 auto loans and a savings acct., recently did re-fi on auto loan and lowered rate into low fives, and got 1% cashback. so far am way ahead. learn the rules and play by the rules. if you dont like it try another bank.
