RETURNED CAR 2 HOURS LATE CHARGE AN EXTRA DAY. 10/29/2009

RENTED A CAR FOR 5 DAYS, SUPOSED TO BE RETURNED AT 5PM, GOT STUCK IN SNOW STORM 3 HOURS AWAY FROM ENTERPRISE OFFICE. CALLED THE AGENT 15 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING TIME AND HE TOLD ME "WE CLOSE IN 15 MINUTES, BUT JUST LEAVE THE CAR OUTSIDE AND DROP THE KEYS IN THE KEY BOX", I WAS UNDERSTANDING THAT SINCE I DROPED THE CAR AT 7PM WHEN THERE IS NO AGENTS TO RENT THE CAR AND THE CAR WILL BE AVAILABLE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING, I WILL NOT BE CHARGED EXTRA, BUT THEY CHARGED ME AN EXTRA DAY, AFTER TALKING TO KIM THE SALES AGENT, SHE AGREED TO RETURN 50% OF THAT EXTRA DAY.
