Long Chiropractic, A Nice Place to Be

Wednesday, January 28, 2009
I started going to Long Chiropractic about two years ago, not because I had any particular problem, but because someone gave me a gift certificate for a free exam. I had never been to a chiropracter before, and I was curious. From my very first visit, I felt warmly welcomed; I liked being there; it was a "family" kind of feeling; it was like they really cared about me and what I needed from them. By about my third visit, all three doctors and the receptionist were greeting me by name. Dr Becky is my doctor and she has become a friend. I come to her with my various minor "ailments" and she tries to take care of them. Sometimes she suceeds; sometimes she doesn't, but always when I leave, I feel that healing has taken place. In recent months, I've also gotten to know Dr Lara, and she's just like her sister, Becky! I'm nobody special, but when I'm with them, they make me feel like I'm the most important person in the world. It's a nice feeling. This place is like Magic for me. Now, two years after my first visit, I don't even care whether I need a chiropracter anymore, I still come in regularly; I love it; it's just a really nice place to be. Thanks, guys. Pros: The warmth and friendliness of the receptionist and the entire staff of doctors Cons: None.
