Incredibly rude unhelpful service. Owner would not stand behind his products and refused to refund for defective item we purchased there. He was arrogant and insulting when we asked him why. We would like to support the smaller neighborhood hardware store even if it is more expensive and holds less stock than the big box stores. Unfortunately Emil's provides none of the benefit that you look for in smaller venues. Judging by Emils customer service it's obvious that its days are numbered.
