We ordered the hot tub on October 6th at which time we were told it should only take 2 weeks for delivery. The spa was not delivered until November 14th, six weeks later! On December 21st we walked out to the spa only to find that it wasn?t working. I phoned the service department on the Monday morning of Dec 22nd and told the tech that there was an error code of 4 dashes. Our part is still back ordered with no new date for repair. We have a spa that has been broken 30 out of the 60 days we have had it!\r Your salesman made many references to the fact that Jacuzzi was the best in the business and that TexSun was a reputable dealer and service provider. The above description of our experience with TexSun has been the worst ever! We have a $11,000 spa purchased from TexSun that has become a nightmare for us! This company clearly misrepresented it?s ability to service and support the Jacuzzi Spa.\r Pros: ? Cons: Poor customer service and with no follow up more
