We bought our bed here last month. There was absolutely NO pressure-- just a friendly and knowledgeable staff. We shopped around and could not beat the customer service. They truly want 100% customer satisfaction. Our box spring had a very very small tear in the fabric when it was taken out of the plastic. The owner- a great man- refused to allow the small tear to be acceptable even though it was not a huge issue to us. They are coming out today to replace the boxspring. If honesty and customer service matters, I would buy from them. As others wrote- they were very kid friendly, making the shopping experience much easier.
