I arrived with four people one evening and performed the customary wait at the host desk. Several employees walked past us and said nothing. Over the course of a few minutes three other parties were lined up behind us. Finally a young lady came up to the podium -- but not to seat us; she was there to fetch something. With 16 eyes starring her down, she looked up and said, ""can I help you"" in a tone of voice you might expect from a security guard who catches you picking a lock. Well, we were seated, and we sat.... for 20 minutes with no menus and never did a waiter come by to say hello, we'll be right with you, would like something to drink, or get the hell out. So, we removed ourselves from the restaurant and proceeded to Chilis across the street! Sorry, I can't rate the food -- never tried it.
Pros: Nice tropical decor
Cons: unfriendly, no service
