Worst service ever recieved by our trucking company. Tow truck operator broke our air line while towing us off the turnpike. Refused to repair it. Refused to pay for the repair. Left truck and driver on the side of the road for 7 hours!
Pros: only tow truck operator permitted to tow off the turnpike
Cons: becuase they're the only one, they offer the worst service possible
