The service at Sports Authority at Blossom Hills, San Jose is poor.\r
First off, the garments are not sorted by size. They are all mixed and makes it difficult to find what you want. I suppose the store workers do not have time to arrange the garments for their customers. They would rather sit around and talk to one another in the back room.\r
You also must ask for a store worker to open the fitting room if you want to try the clothing that you pick. That never happen for us. We waited 20+ minutes after they were called on the intercom, finally we decided to just leave the store and go elsewhere. Customers should not have to wait that long.\r
No more Sports Authority for us and our friends. Ever!
