Stay away from this company!
they lost a $300 dress and refuse to fix this situation.
We have been calling since the dress was lost in October, and only got a return phone call today (January 26th) when we threatened to get an attorney involved.
They are fixing the situation by giving us a $200 credit to our dry cleaning account. such a joke!
horrible, unprofessional owner who has no idea what customer service is! STAY AWAY!!!
i would give zero stars, but it isnt allowed!
