I visited this location 1/3/09 to buy a sweater for my evening out, inquiring if my size was available from the inventory which was not yet put out in my size. I inadvertently misprinted the date on my check as 12/3/09 instead of 1/3/09 and was informed by the clerk, after manager's approval, I needed to re-write the check in lieu of initialing the date correction. In this downturn of econo-disasters, needless to say Chico's does not need for me to publicly wear their brand of clothing, I did well with my David Dart evening apparel and Marc Jacob shoes and am satisfied that I did not overspend the $80 that can publicily be recognized as a Chico's brand of clothing. Perhaps the sales clerk had met her quota, and I am thankful to Chico's for saving me an expenditure, that as I say, is recognizable by their brand, who needs to be seen publicily sporting Chico's in a downturn economy due to error in writing a date on a check.
