I try Rucci a few times a year due to the close location, and most of the time I am disappointed. It truly is a gamble. The variety on the lunch buffet was sparse compared to other buffetts that have multiple desserts, appetizers/salad/vegetables, etc. Also, many of the items ran out - most notably, the naan was out for a while - others were old and not replaced with fresh. The only thing I enjoyed was the Chicken Tikka. From service standpoint, very disappointed....no one came to ask if I wanted something to drink besides water (chai, coke, etc.) or if I wanted to order something from the menu. Also, no one gives you a bill; you are expected to know you have to go up to the front counter and pay - again, no bill even when you go up to pay. Overall, a bad experience and certainly not somewhere I would take anyone.
