I brought my virtually new grey leather Frye boots to Cesar's having seen them so highly ranked on City Search. I had a spot on the toe that I was hoping they could get out. I was told they would clean them and also waterproof them for $25, cash up front only. Fine, so I drop them off only to pick them back up a few days later and find that not only was the stain still visible, but they had cleaned them to the point that they took off the finish on the leather! Now the boots look all uneven and the leather is far less supple than when I had droppd them off. When I went to retrieve them I saw the sign ""NO CASH REFUNDS""...essentially I paid them to ruin my $400 boots. I will never use them again.
Pros: Quick turn around time
Cons: Not willing to make it right or provide refund
