I when to Goldsmith expecting a better place. Boy was I let down. Will FELLER OWNER and Ryan and their staff say whatever it takes to get you to buy. When you catch them in a lie they lie more trying to get out of it. They SELL almost nothing but these clarity enhanced diamonds (lasered out flaws and then filled the hole with glass.)They call them new improved diamonds ! Not what it really is at all. Now they sell old used rings as new and the last thing I saw was the worst many months ago when I was there my first time. A older lady came in for Mr.Will Feller the owner and told him she needed to sell the investment 25 diamonds He had sold her over the pass 3 years as He promised her!!!!!!!!!! It was about 2006 during the biggest boom in Utah in 75 years i saw this happen. He told her that things where very slow and He could not help her at that time. She reminded him she request several months earlier and He gave the same reply. She said Will had sold her the diamonds as investment He would sell and help make about 10%per year for her on the diamonds. He now began to back out of his promise to sell the diamonds she bought from Him. She told him that she needed her over $300,000. back to help her daughter that now needed cancer treatments. He said sorry but thins are too bad. She reminded Him that He and Ryan had talked her out of all the money and stocks and bonds and insurance money her husband had left her at His death. Still she did not get any sympathy nor help from Mr Will Feller or Ryan his mgr and partner on Her so called investment diamonds of Will Feller sold her. She left with tears of saddness in her eyes and saying I've been taken. I saw her diamonds from GOLDSMITH ALL were all dark in color,very hazy, and full of flaw all tear drops and trillons and other funny shapes. This is a true story I saw and finally decided I must report them. DO NOT BUY THERE THEY ARE TOTAL CROOKS!!!!!!!! THEY LIE THROUGH THEIR TEETH!!!!!!!!!!!!
