I rented an orbital floor sander and it was great for awhile. I was doing a big job and rented the machine for about a week. I had to use the internet to find out how to use the machine because they had no suggestions on how to use it. When it got to the end of the job where you are light sanding the floor between coats the base plate would not hold the pads anymore and I had to return their machine and look for one in better condition to finish the job from another rental company.
Pros: They have alot of equipment available
Cons: They get alot of business and sometimes the equipment is worn out.
