I've been eating Japanese food since 1955, and without a doubt, Nu-Shushi has the best, most authentic traditional Japanese food that I ever eaten outside of the Kansai area of Japan. The outstandanding selection of fresh sushi and sashimi is second to none. Both the owner, Yuji-san and his Assuistant ,Shin-san are true masters of their craft who work tirelessly to provide absolute customer satisfaction. And, if the secret about their Yakitori-version of Chicken Wings ever gets out ,KFC is in serious trouble. Finger lickin' good is a serious understatement!!
