One of my business associates here in Houston,gave me this vendor,when I hated to trash some office equipment I was getting rid of;For years had been taking to city trash site,and got nothing for it.At first visit,in late 2007,they were paying $4.50per hundred pounds for all types of office machines complete.They had a giant grinding conveyor system.Eventually they went as far as paying $7,50per hundred.But,after Hurricane Ike,hit Houston,the value went to $1.per hundred;When 2008 ended they went back to $2.50per hundred;Haven't found another scrap company in Houston,that purchases entire equipment like them.Only con from them,is they hate inkjet printers!
Pros: quick purchase of your scrap,at top dollar
Cons: don't like inkjet or monitor office machines
