where we moved wasn't in the Nashville area. We'd decided on a whim to open an account with Sun Trust. Error. The staff at this bank was rude. We knew what it felt like to have a happy banking experience and refused to bank with a company that didn't even look up when we walked in or was snappy when we went through the drive thru. This bank had absolutely no redeeming qualities. We closed our account shortly after and we were led into the manager's (or maybe he was a banker, not too sure) office to do so. He didn't say one word to us the entire time. He did't even say bye when we walked out. It was extremely awkward and uncomfortable. We have found a new bank home in Nashville and are very happy with the service.
