My second sushi restaurant

Friday, January 16, 2009
Okay so on my first week of exploring the city of Nashville, I stumbled upon Ichiban. Figured place with half of a beers name can't be bad in Nashville. For the first time in my sushi experience, corn was served in my ginger salad. It was shockingly a nice contribution. My sushi came withen a short period of time, which was nice to see considering it was lunch time. My order was a spicy tuna and spicy yellowtail. The rolls are small which is how I prefer, too much rice is a no no. For those of you who like spicy rolls, this place just squirts the sauce on top. The spicy tuna was good as for the yellow tail. I've had better. Price: Could be lowered Quality: Average Service: The girls are great Location: Perfect for foot traffic, your own your on if driving. Enviorment: They have private rooms. Low seats Over All: I think Ichiban is a nice casual place for ppl who are still new to sushi. Pros: Soup and Salad come with meal Cons: Sushi is a lil expensive for the value
