Worst possible service

I had my eye exam during the fall of 08 and ordered contacts. I was satisfied with my first visit and the eye exam and chose to drop of my glasses for new lenses when I picked up the contacts that were ordered during the first visit. I had a pair of glasses purchased in Europe and was worried that they were not familiar with the frame, but the lady assured me that they knew all types. I received a phone call about a week later, informing that they were not able to put the lenses in the frame and would thus send them back and they would call me when they arrived. I never received a call and call them three times. Each time I was told that they would look for them and call me back. I was never called back. I finally went in there myself and asked them for my glasses. They returned my glasses and said that the prepaid amount would be refunded, but they never apologized for not calling back or taking so long. I was at this point running out of contacts and wanted to order some more despite the poor service. I sat down with the old white haired lady and she informed me that the I still had not received a pack of contacts that was a part of the original prepaid order. I had apparently not received them, because I never came back for a check-up that I was never informed about. I was told that the contacts would probably be there by wednesday. The woman was rude and unpleasant the whole time. I call in the following Thursday, but none knew if they had arrived as the woman who placed the order was sick and wouldn't be back till Saturday at the earliest. How is it possible that they have no records and can't check to see if my order has come?? Ridiculous. I call the following Tuesday to check on my order and was told by the same old lady that their records showed that they did not owe be any contacts. She also claimed never to have told me that I was owed a box and that she would order them. She was accusing me of lying. The worst service I have ever experienced.
