Dr. Milligan was the pediatrician on duty at NRH when my son was born. He was very kind, and addressed all of our questions and concerns about some minor difficulites our son was having. He also put us at ease, as we had our son circumsized. We understand this is very routine, but with only have girls up to this point, it was a new experience for us. He was fantastic in his followup.
