The employees did not seem interested to help me out when i approached them to help me look for proof of warranty that I purchased with my treadmill. Also one of them at the supervisory level talked to me pretty rudely for no reason. He instead blamed it on the usage and thinks that if it is used at least once a month then it will work just fine!!!!\r
They did not help me or guide me as to who to call and instead blamed me for not registering the product which they emphasized they do for every customer!!! Well in my case they DID NOT...\r
I did not like their approach to helping me out...instead I walked out with a bad taste in my mouth and why should I go there, only to get humiliated!!!
