When we check in late at night, the front desk took forever to check us into our room even though we book months in advance. When we got to our room, the card key did not work and they suppose to send a person to check on the problem but never came. Service at night definitely poor. When I had a problem with the safe box in the room, they suppose to send someone to fix it which took more then half an hour. I had to call twice for it. People working in this hotel does not smile and does not present a pleasant image when I talk to them or see them around. Service generally slow and people working in this hotel does not seem happy working with hotel guests.
