I have gone to Lillys for 2 years. My 20 year old daughter has been going there longer. I admit, they do a good job. However, my daughter has left mad on several occasions because they over-charged her. Today I saw for myself and had a FIT! I was sitting in front of her having my nails done. I was charged $33 for a pink & white fill. My daughter finished after me. They charged her $46. I asked what the difference was, and they said they had to take off her old nails & put new on. I only go every 3 1/2 weeks. My daughter goes every 2 1/2 weeks. I have never been charged to have my nails taken off and new put back on. In fact, they did the exact same procedure on her nails as mine. They said I probably take care of mine better. That is INCORRECT! We were looking at our nails before we went and mine were much worse. They are ripping young girls off. They have their ATM machine there so the girls can get cash (which is also convenient so they don't have to pay taxes), afterall, they probably don't use our roads to drive on, and I'm sure none of them are on welfare, so why pay taxes on CASH. Lilly is very nice, but she was'nt there. The rest of them are extremely RUDE! They refused to charge her the same as mine so I told them they just lost 2 long time customers. They could not care less. Nail salons are a dime a dozen so - GOOD LUCK!
