I bought a 2005 Jeep there a few months ago and felt I got a better deal than any of the other places I shopped. Furthermore I had a couple of mechanical problems and they fixed them promptly with no complaints. I did try to haggle the price and the administration fee but they weren't willing to budge. It's a waste of time and effort to haggle with them. I spent four exhausting hours at another dealership haggling and got their price down to Bourne's price....so what's the point. Go to Bourne's and save yourself the headache of desprate sales-people and annoyiong deal closing conversations. All of my future purchases will be at Bourne's.
Pros: Good deals, great customer service after the purchase
Cons: May need to wait for a salesperson becuase they are extremely busy.
