Totally agree with the prior posting. I just wish I had read this review of Jonathan Ringel before working with him. He is charming but sly and will charge hours like its going out of style with very little output. When you ask for details to support the hours you get excuses. Also, his creativity is questionable - all except 1 of his original ideas were implementable - this is after 4 visits with various contractors to spec it out and the many years of experience he patronizingly tells you he has. And he is a liar - he will tell you a lower hourly rate during his consultation but later bill you at a higher rate and tell you the rate he quoted was only for the first consultation and not the rate he charges on an active project. LIAR, LIAR - stay away from this guy!
