We live in Bayview and have been served cold food (biscuits and gravy...very cold ick). Have seen people who just arrive recieve food in 10 mins...when I have sat for almost an hour for food.\r
Heard one customer complain they had been waiting for their food for 45 mins....and waitress walked away rolling her eyes stating, ""this isn't McDonalds"". True, because if it was McDonalds people wouldn't waste away of hunger as their waitress treats them like a pest. \r
The wait staff's laissez faire attitude may be chic, but it leaves the dining customer completely unsatisfied. Have had several friends that refuse to go to the Palimino anymore...and are thinking about reviewing it themselves. Truly not a ""one time or bad day"" issue. It is a constant flaw and it's shame...cuz when the food is good it is phenomonal...and it could be a cool place.
Pros: Coot atmosphere...food can be good BLT avocado great sandwich.
