We have been doing business off and on for more than two decades with these people, but never again. They tried to rip us off, and double charge us on a Mastercard payment. So much for how they treat loyal customers! The dispute was only for $30 (for which we had full documentation about the overcharge), but they refused. Fortunately, Mastercard provided us with a credit because we are loyal and long standing customers. Mastercard gets it, The Wild Wolf Inn does not. There are so many choices in the Langlade area for rafting, why would you do business with someone who is ""ethically challenged""? Take your business elsewhere - we certainly will!
