It seems they only care about making a sale at Seattle Nanny Network. The staff is very money hungry and lacking customer service. I have used SNN for several years and the service has gone way down hill with new staff members. They need to learn the ethics of business, return customers and manners. There are plenty of other staffing networks who offer quality and professionalism. Keep looking for better service if your thinking of calling SNN!
