I will never spend another cent at Lucas Auto Body in Lakewood again. I was getting my car washed yesterday in their automatic car wash and I heard metal fall but wasn't sure what it was. Near the end, the woman behind me was out of her SUV with one of the mechanics, pointing to something on the car wash. Of course I couldn't get out of my car until it was done. I saw the guy pick up a large piece of metal that had fallen off the car wash on the passenger's side. I saw this in my rear view mirror. Since no one came up to me, I went home. When I got out of my car there was a large dent and a small one on my passenger's side door. I called them right away and spoke to the guy and he completely lied and said it fell off the driver's side after I told him what happened. He said someone probably hit me in the parking lot which is a bunch of crap because the dent was not there before I went to the car wash. I used to get gas there, my oil changed, other misc. repairs and now they lost a customer because he is a sleazy slime ball liar taking advantage of a broke college student. If the lady that was behind me that day sees this, please contact me...you are my only witness. There was probably $200-$250 worth of damage done to my car. I told all my friends and family around here not to go there and I want to make this public so people are aware that they are shady and do not respect their customers.
