My Husband and I have been going to this dry cleaner for a few years. I guess they got comfortable with us because in the last year, they ruined two of my dresses (one was shrunk to the size of a shirt, the other the entire hem fell out and was all messed up) when I went back they said that the dresses were made badly. My husband had a shirt tailored where they made his shirt a 3/4 sleeve length because they made the sleeves too short. They did reimburse him for this so he took other shirts in. One shirt of 4 was not tailored but he was charged, when he brought it back the charged him again even though they didn't tailor it the first time. He had shirts that were stained and burnt but apparently that was not their fault either. The final straw was when he picked up his suit and only the jacket was on the hangar when he returned home. He went back and the woman told him that he must have lost the pants at home. Huh?
