Wanted to mention that I'm a mother who had been through this agency, it's been almost 11 years. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. They can answer all your questions, and if there's anything you need like finding that special family or something as little as rides to your doctors appointments, they help out anyway they can... if i had to do it all over again, this will be the only agency i would call... i recommend this agency 100%
