While the employees are a little rough-and-tumble, the store itself is in the best possible place. Being that I live right on SU hill, this is the most convenient spot for me to pick up some cloves. The glassware prices are extremely fair and there is a decent selection. As far as hookahs, the selection isn't great (not that i've ever seen an amzing hookah selection). I do feel that some items are overpriced, but not by much. Also, there is little to no leather....not even sure why they call it that. Also, i've found it's best to be very outspoken when in the store; they will give you great service if they think you are serious about making a purchase.
