Brought a business client for dinner -- it has been 5 years since I last ate at this restaurant. Atmosphere remains very pleasant and the view impressive. Had the impression that tourists were an important part of the restaurant's business. Service was amateurish (maybe Tuesday is training night), but the appetizers were good. My client and I had Halibut -- delicate fish that was overcooked to death. Texture and taste of airline-prepared chicken breast.
