I made an appointment for a body treatment service and a 60 minute massage. I was greeted at the desk and directed to a very beautiful spa lounge area. After waiting for approximately 20 minutes the tech came over and escorted me to a room to change for my services. I felt slightly uncomfortable in the outfit that i was given to wear during my service as it did not fit me at all. we proceeded with the treatment and i was left to sit wrapped up in my treatment. I enjoyed the treatment itself but, didnt enjoy how the employee break room was right outside my treatment room. employee conversations could be heard, and it became obvious that my forgot she was doing my service. wrapped up for far longer than i should have been, i ended up totally missing my massage appointment. I was so upset, i paid for my service and left.
