I've used Oakland in Bloom for individual flower arrangements and for group events. They do a fantastic job every time, making recommendations and delivering fresh and beautiful floral arrangements. Their staff is friendly and helpful. They also offer some nice gifts in their shop. (They have cute pups to greet you too!)
