I have been going to Oakland Pizza for over 16 years and the food is great. It is a place you can BYO, relax, and enjoy good Italian food. The staff is friendly as well as the owners. The freshly made bread is served warm (and is wonderful) and the meals are enough for tomorrows lunch. Price is very reasonable.
