well ummm, i work here. there is a service manager, hes new, and a lot more effective than the old one. everyone is friendly here. so i have no idea what you are talking about.
Pros: friendly staff, fast working, and hard working.
Cons: sometimes things have to be changed in order for the customer to be safe.
