I just wrote a review a few months ago about previous positive experiences, and I still love coming here! I don't go that often, maybe once a year or so, but I always have a fantastic treatment with Oxana! She is so friendly & personable and always treats you like gold! She did miss a few spots, but I have ingrown hairs, so that was part of the problem. I did have a credit card issue with the spa after, but it was a misunderstanding that was fixed promptly on my part.
Pros: Receptionist was a little more friendly as well as my esthetician
Cons: missed spots
