1st incident: involved a young kid at the service deli, I was the second person in line. The person before me had to order only 3 items. The kid took around 30 min to cut 3 different types of meat and slowly wipe down the counter before he helped me. I was also surprised the management let him get away with looking so unprofessional, he had bloodshot eyes and was wearing an upside down cross, which is very offensive to some cultures (devil worship) but that was the least of my worries. I complained to the manager about how slow he was, and the manager did nothing. He was working just as slow when i went back the next week.
2nd incident: A couple weeks before i had signed up for the Ralphs club card. I assume that should be enough time to put my number in their system, wouldn't you? wrong. I went in on my lunch break to purchase groceries for my family, and when i thought nothing would go wrong, it did. When i went up to the check stand i had forgotten my keys on my desk at work and to my surprise when my phone number did'nt work i asked if i could still get the discount and the foul woman said "to bad". She also looked very unprofessional with her bright blue eyeshadow and a ton of silver jewelry wherever she could put it. She spoke to me like a child saying that i needed to wait longer for the number to go through the system. I had no problem with that but, i had a problem with how she treated me. speaking to me with such disrespect. she said no to giving me the discount even though i was already in the system. So i asked to fill out another one, and she said "I don't like to let people fill out multiple cards it gets annoying". Ralphs just lost a valuable customer and I recommend to all not to shop there anymore.oh and also I try to go to a Stater Brother's when I can, they automatically give you discounts on their groceries, they don't waste your time with "club card".
Pros: none
Cons: horrible disrepectful workers
