I have always been satisfied with my cut and color! I have not had a problem with my color fading fast. It has looked great. I take the advice of my stylist and use the products recommended (the products they sell are wonderful). The staff are always friendly and attentive. Sure it is a bit costly, but this is Silicon Valley and you are going to pay to have something done right. I have been to a lot of other places and paid less, only to be dissatisfied. I would totally recommend W's Salon.
