I took my daughter here for a while and it was a disaster. The staff is very friendly however and the doctors as well, however, the wait is so long. If you have an appointment you wouldn't be seen until possibly an hour and a half later. It was ridiculous. But as always the customer service is great so I guess it makes up for the waiting period. Also they do take Medi-Cal so maybe that explains the wait as well.
